SNAP CHAT Vanessa Moratti is scammer. Asked to use a an app and claim never received. Transferred once and said didnt receive because web and app are different. Double paid and disappeared even after showing the receipt which stated her email which status Received. Did it again and said the same thing. This time recorded the entire conversation + transaction email notification on app an email. When showed her proof still asked to use another app instead. Records and entire transcripts + App status screenshot etc.are all recorded. If you are want them as proof before you do business.
